- You need 8 pieces of red fresh tomatoes.
- Prepare 10 pieces of red bell pepper.
- Prepare 2 of big purple onions.
- You need 2 teaspoon of Cajun spices.
- It’s 1 of bulb of fresh garlic.
- Prepare 1 of big fresh Ginger.
- You need 1 bunch of fresh spinach.
- Prepare of sea salt for taste.
- It’s half of kilo of fresh Titus fish mashed.
- It’s 5 of carrots diced.
- You need 2 of big fresh sweet pepper.
- Prepare 1 of big head green cabbage.
- Prepare of lettuce.

- Soak the red kidney beans in cold water for 30mintues.
- Wash and blend the tomatoes red bell pepper,onions,ginger and garlic together.
- Put plenty water in a clean pot and put on heat and put the beans.
- Add the blended stuffs in the beans.
- Add the Cajun spices and cook.
- When it soften add sea salt and the Titus fish and continue cooking.
- Wash and shred the spinach and add it when the beans is very soft.
- Cover and cook for a minutes more.
- On a sperate pot add the Titus fish,Cajun spice and sea salt and a little water and cook for two minutes.
- Add the dice carrots to it and stir add the sweet pepper last.
- Make your salad in a bowl just shred the cabbage,onions and tomatoes.
- You can mix the salad together or you can separate the tomatoes and Onion just as in the picture above.
