  1. It’s 1 medium of purple yam.
  2. It’s 2 medium of carrots.
  3. It’s 1 large of red potato.
  4. Prepare 1/2 medium of yellow onion.
  5. You need 1 tsp of fresh ginger.
  6. It’s 2 clove of garlic.
  7. You need 1 large of swiss chard stalk.
  8. You need 1 medium of lemon.
  9. It’s 2 cup of shredded chicken.

Dancing Soup step by step

  1. dice yam, potato and carrot.
  2. chop onion; mince (or press) ginger & garlic.
  3. slice chard into strips and chop stalk.
  4. saute veggies in coconut oil… start at top of ingredient list, add each in about 2 min after the previous one.
  5. when the yam is tender to poke with a fork but not mushy, zest the lemon over the veggies.
  6. squeeze juice of lemon over veggies.
  7. add chicken and bone broth, bring to a boil.
  8. simmer about 5 minutes to bring out flavors.
  9. add sea salt & ground white pepper to taste.
